Family first

During the July heatwave of 2012, our AC broke down during record breaking temperatures and we had a baby at home. We thought that we could call someone for emergency service, but all of the AC repair services were already tending to other’s distress calls. We were told to wait a few days to a few weeks for service.

Then we called Academy Air after calling everyone else on Google. Academy Air said that they were booked, but they would break their schedule to send someone to our house within 10 min to tend to our family emergency!

They fixed our AC unit on the spot.

We are grateful for Academy Air’s prompt service and family first values.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of our experience. Keep up the good work. Our home needed two new ducts to adequately heat and cool the kitchen and family rooms. Terry Silverstein worked with us to choose the correct placement and we are very happy with the results. Kevin came back several times after his full work day to finish the dry wall moulding! Strong work Kevin!
